When you enter Aptos, prepare for a dining experience that is truly one of a kind. To maintain this intimate atmosphere, we welcome just 14 guests per sitting. Each reservation includes the 16-course tasting menu, with beverage options curated separately. We offer an extensive selection of wines, cocktails, spirits, beers, and non-alcoholic options.
