DINING INFORMATION

ALL RESERVATIONS
All reservations are secured by full prepayment of the menu at the time of booking. Please note that all reservations are non-refundable.

AMENDMENTS
Bookings may be amended up to 7 days prior to your reservation date. This includes changes to the date, time (subject to availability), and guest numbers. Within 7 days of the reservation, all bookings are considered final and cannot be altered.

THE EXPERIENCE & TIMING
We offer two sittings: 12:00pm and 3:00pm for lunch, and 5:30pm and 8:30pm for dinner. As each experience begins promptly, we warmly encourage guests to arrive 30 minutes early to enjoy a drink in our lounge. Should you be running late, please contact us as soon as possible.

DIETARY REQUIREMENTS
We kindly ask that all dietary allergies are noted at the time of booking for the whole party. At this time, we are only serving the signature Aptos menu and will not be offering alternative menus to accommodate all dietary restrictions. Due to the intricacy of our multi-course experience, we may not be able to tailor dishes to every individual requirement. If your needs involve significant menu changes, we recommend contacting us at info@restaurantaptos.com prior to booking.

While we take the utmost care in preparation, please be aware that cross-contamination cannot be fully eliminated in our shared kitchen. Dietary requests not communicated in advance may not be possible to accommodate on the day of your reservation.

CHILDREN
We warmly welcome children who are able to fully partake in our regular menu. However, due to the nature and duration of the experience, it may not be suitable for young children. Please note that due to the spatial constraints of our heritage building, we are unable to accommodate prams or highchairs in the dining space.

ACCESSIBILITY
Guests requiring accessible entry or mobility assistance are invited to contact us directly prior to their visit. Due to the unique layout of our historic building, not all floors are fully accessible; we will work with you personally to ensure a wonderful experience within the spaces available.

SURCHARGES
A 10% surcharge applies on Sundays, and a 15% surcharge applies on public holidays.

To enjoy the Aptos experience to its fullest, we recommend using a rideshare service such as Uber. For those choosing to drive, we do provide an on-site parking lot for your convenience.

DRESS CODE
There is no formal dress code, but guests tend to dress for the occasion. Smart, elegant attire feels at home at Aptos.

PHOTOGRAPHS
Discreet personal photography is welcome. We ask that flash photography and filming be kept to a minimum out of consideration for other guests.

BYO
Aptos is fully licensed. We do not permit outside beverages.

SPECIAL OCCASSIONS & DECORATIONS
We love celebrating with our guests. However, balloons, confetti, and loose decorations are not permitted. If you would like us to arrange flowers for your table, we are happy to assist. Please reach out in advance, and we will take care of the details.
